Delivery
Subject to availability, your order will be processed and despatched to you within two working days.

Please notify us of any specific delivery instructions.

Delivery is free to the following postcodes for orders of at least one full case.

EX1 to EX11: EX15 to 18

TQ1 to TQ6 : TQ9 to TQ14

All orders will be delivered. We reserve the right to charge for delivery outside this area. Orders for less than one case (1 to 11 bottles) to any single address in the specified postcodes incurs a delivery charge of £5 ex vat.

A Nationwide, next working day Mail Order Service is available.

Nationwide delivery is currently charged at £8.95 ex vat for the first case and £3.95 ex vat for each subsequent case delivered to the same address.

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. We reserve the right not to accept any order.

Our minimum purchase is 12 standard bottles of wine or their equivalent (9 litres). Cases may be mixed.

Sale or Return
We are more than happy to supply wines on a sale or return basis to corporate & private customers. Remember that we have to sell a minimum of 12 bottles even after the return. Wine that is returned should be in a ‘saleable condition’ and amount to at least one whole mixed case. Wine will be delivered to and collected from the same address.

Glass Loan
We are able to lend wine glasses for functions provided that you have purchased the wines from us. Please ensure that glasses are returned clean. For all breakages or glasses not returned we reserve the right to charge £1 per glass. For un-washed glasses, we reserve the right to charge £5 per tray.

Chillers
We have teamed up with Techni-Ice UK Ltd to provide an innovative and highly efficient solution for wine chilling. Chiller sheets & bins will be subject to a refundable deposit. For Techni-Ice sheets not returned we reserve the right to charge £4 per sheet. For Bins not returned we reserve the right to charge £15 per bin.
