Greco bianco is an aromatic grape that is Greek in origin and currently grown in southern Italy. In Campania it produces the respected, full-bodied dry Greco di Tufo, and it is also used for the impressive sweet Greco di Bianco made from semi-dried grapes around the town of Bianco in Calabria.
